Chattanooga’s OG Gnocchi making Class

This is our all new gnocchi making and cooking class.

Prices start at $79 per person. We only take 4 people per gnocchi class, allowing individual instruction and a personalized experience. You make everything with your own hands! Private and group classes are available. Approximately 2-3 hours. Ages 12+. Full portion meal for each guest of all recipes prepared. Complimentary water, seltzer water, and iced tea.

This class is Hands On!

There’s a lot to do, so don your apron and lets get started! Measure out your Ingredients, mix, and then dig your hands right in. mix it into a soft gnocchi dough.

While that’s resting, we’ll show you how easy it is to create one of Guliana’s (Debi’s Italian neighbor) authentic and delicious homemade sauces, FROM SCRATCH! You’ll be amazed at how flavorful and easy it really is.

Next you’ll hand roll the dough. First you roll it into logs and then cut into soft pillows. After adding some shape and ridges, they’re ready to go.

Finally, it’s on to cooking: in just a few short minutes everything comes together and it’s ready!

What’s Provided?

Food

The class includes all the ingredients needed, you’ll take home any leftovers. Our pasta does contain eggs and wheat, it is not vegan nor gluten-free. We can accommodate Vegans with the purchase of a private class. Sorry we cannot make our pasta gluten-free.

We rotate monthly through different sauces: Arrabbiata (a spicy, garlic and tomato based sauce), Limone e Burro (a creamy lemon butter sauce), or my husband’s favorite, Alio, Olio, e Peperoncino (garlic, olive oil, and hot chili peppers), basil/pine nut pesto, and a brown butter sage sauce. Heat levels can be adjusted to suit your taste. People who book a private class can choose which sauce they get to make.
