Classic Pasta class
Learn 2 pastas in 1 class

Chattanooga’s OG Pasta making Class
This is our original pasta making class. We started teaching this class in 2019. It’s tried and true, step-by-step learning, and 100% hands-on. We’ve had thousands of students complete it successfully.
Prices start at $79 per person. We only take 4 people per pasta class, allowing individual instruction and a personalized experience. You make everything with your own hands! Private and group classes are available. Approximately 3 hours. Ages 12+. Full portion meal for each guest of all recipes prepared. Complimentary water, seltzer water, and iced tea.
This class is Hands On!
There’s a lot to do, so don your apron and lets get started! Measure out your Ingredients, mix, and then dig your hands right in. Knead it into a smooth pasta dough. It’s a great time to play with your food! pst…We promise not to tell Mom.
While that’s resting, we’ll show you how easy it is to create one of Guliana’s (Debi’s Italian neighbor) authentic and delicious homemade sauces, FROM SCRATCH! You’ll be amazed at how flavorful and easy it really is. It’s made from your hands!
Next you’ll roll out the dough using a hand crank pasta machine. First you roll pasta sheets and then cut the pasta noodles. You’ll hand-fill cheese ravioli to eat at the end of class, and cut fettuccine to take home for later. That’s two meals in one!
Finally, it’s on to cooking: in just a few short minutes everything comes together and it’s ready! You make your own creation – you won’t believe your eyes.

You’ve Got to Try It!
Now for the best part: You’ll sit down and enjoy your delicious creation along with some fresh baked bread. This is what all the work has been for, a delicious meal with friends, new and old. Buon Appetito!
What’s Provided?
Food
The class includes all the ingredients needed, you’ll take home 1/2 lb of fettuccini per person to use/freeze within the next few days. Our pasta does contain eggs and wheat, it is not vegan nor gluten-free. We can accommodate Vegans with the purchase of a private class. Sorry we cannot make our pasta gluten-free.
We rotate monthly through three different sauces: Arrabbiata (a spicy, garlic and tomato based sauce), Limone e Burro (a creamy lemon butter sauce), or my husband’s favorite, Alio, Olio, e Peperoncino (garlic, olive oil, and hot chili peppers). Heat levels can be adjusted to suit your taste. People who book a private class can choose which sauce they get to make.
Equipment
All kitchen tools and pasta making equipment needed. We also have aprons available, but feel free to bring your own.
Photos
If you like, we can take photos (free of charge) of your experience and provide a private web album for you to download them from.
