Our family took PastaNooga's Gnocchi class during the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a wonderful time. Debi is a talented and patient instructor. Mike made delicious mocktails -- while taking photos. We left with loads of gnocchi and a fun album of souvenir photos.

AMAZING! Debi and Mike are excellent teachers. It was raining when we arrived and they ran out with umbrellas to usher us into their home. This beautiful couple blessed us with a warm welcome, easy to follow instructions, a delicious meal, lots of laughs and fond memories of an evening we won’t soon forget. How can I put into words how much I recommend doing this? It was fantastic! The pasta making experience was great fun and we learned so much in such a short time. Our hosts made it all very enjoyable and we didn’t feel any pressure to be perfect in our creations. We laughed, we learned, we enjoyed fabulous pasta made so much better knowing that we made it ourselves from start to finish. I’m sure there are other classes out there but this one felt like we were learning from a member of the family instead of a class. I will definitely do this again! Thanks again to our hosts for a wonderful experience!

My wife and I had a great time at the pasta-making class! Debi and Mike are great - very welcoming and clearly knowledgeable about pasta. We learned a lot, ate great food (and even took some home), and enjoyed getting to know everyone. I’d recommend it to anyone, whether or not you typically cook!

Had the BEST experience with PastaNooga! If you are looking for a "hand's on" pasta making experience - then this is it! Debi explained the why's and the why nots of pasta making and made it super fun! I'm not gonna lie - it's a lot of work, but the end result is amazing. I walked away with a lot of knowledge and the confidence that I can do this on my own at home! I am definitely going to be going back for another class. 5 STARS for sure!!!!! Thanks PastaNooga!

SO. MUCH. FUN. Debi and Mike are awesome instructors and have designed a class that gets everyone’s hands on each actual step to truly learn the technique of each part of the process, unlike other cooking classes that just assign different people tasks and they put it together at the end. This is very hands on and full of so many tips and tricks to get it right by two people who’s love for the craft CLEARLY shows. The recipe’s are delicious and their hospitality is warm, fun, relaxed and on full display at the finale where everyone gets to eat! 🙂 Cannot recommend enough, 10/10!

I took a class with a group of friends and it was a wonderful experience! Cooking in the instructor’s home made it such an intimate class. We had so much fun learning and then to sit down for a dinner of fresh pasta, sauce, fresh bread, and tiramisu tied it all together. We hope to go back for a different class soon. It was a bit of a journey to get there, but so worth the trip. The chefs were beyond amazing! My husband and I had never made pasta before, and by the time we were done, we felt like pros! If you are in the slightest interested in a new, fun experience..... this is it!

My husband and I had a great experience at PastaNooga! Debi and Mike did an excellent job at teaching us how to make ravioli and fettuccini. It was a very hands-on experience with a lot of good conversation and great food. They made us feel very welcome and we felt like we were spending the evening with friends. I can't recommend this company enough! Also, make sure you order Debi's delicious homemade Tiramisu. I'm normally not a fan of this dessert, but hers was DELICIOUS!

This is such a GREAT experience! Whether you're local or wanting something fun to do on a visit to Chattanooga, I would highly recommend! The class is small, so you essentially get a private lesson. The cost of the class for the amount of food and fun you have is unmatched. I cannot recommend this enough!

If you are looking for a great experience grab a friend or 3 and enjoy the day learning how to make gnocchi and learning some history on true Italian cooking. Debi is a great teacher of her craft and teaches with the love she has for her food. Debi and Mike or so easy going and make you feel right at home. This was our second class because we enjoyed or ravioli & fettuccine class so much we booked this one. The tiramisu is a must freshly made and big enough for 2.

So informative, and so much fun. Every step in the process of putting together a lovely Italian dinner was fully explained while we received hands-on experience. And then we got to eat it! Mike and Debi are gracious hosts, and Debi is a kind and patient teacher. We plan to come back for another lesson.

This is one of the coolest experiences I've ever been a part of! The intimate setting and one-on-one time with Deborah make this class worth it! Listening to her stories of living in Italy and the history behind some of the country's well-known dishes is eye-opening. PastaNooga's time and effort in giving you the best experience is well worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

They did such a great job that we feel confident enough to try it again on our own with a few kitchen additions via their shared Amazon links (no, they don't get a commission *lol*) They immediately put you at ease and the time flew by! My girlfriend and I had the absolute best time with our PastaNooga hosts (Debi and Michael) as we learned how to make pasta from scratch!! Learning to make homemade pasta with Debi and Mike was a super fun and memorable experience. Admittedly, I was nervous going to a strangers house in a town I’m not from through an experience on the internet, but Debi and Mike made myself and my partner feel right at home! Debi gave great instruction for making pasta from scratch. I love cooking and my partner does not cook as much, but we both enjoyed this experience equally and neither of us could stop talking about it on our drive home. I would highly recommend this experience, no matter your cooking skill, to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area (also, if you book a spot, definitely get the tiramisu, it’s amazing😋).

Making pasta was the highlight of our trip to Chattanooga. It was fun, entertaining and the ravioli was absolutely the best! We even enjoyed driving on the W road to get there🤪. Most of all both Debi and Mike were the best hosts and chefs. Thank you for a wonderful experience and sharing your home with us.

This class was a 10/10 for my husband and I! The couple that runs it are lovely people who think of everything to make your class enjoyable. The pasta making instruction was great and easy to follow, the end result was delicious, and the conversation we shared was also a lot of fun! They even made us cappuccinos to sip on while cooking. Their home was clean and inviting. And we had SO much food leftover to take home. The photos they took for us were also a nice touch.

We had an incredible experience here! My family came for a birthday party and it was just our small party of three, which made the experience feel more custom and personal. I've taken a lot of cooking classes (including others in the Chattanooga area), and this is by far one of my favorite. The pasta and tiramisu we ate at the end was AMAZING tasting, and I left with the confidence that I can now go home and make homemade pasta noodles myself! Debi was SO thorough with her knowledge and instruction, and also full of great stories from growing up in Italy. It was well worth the beautiful drive out of the city, and when a storm blocked the road, Debi freely rescheduled with us at a time she's not normally open. She was so kind, insightful, funny, and easy to work with. We left with our fresh pasta to go, bellies full, candid photos from the entire afternoon, and what felt like new friends. Cannot recommend enough!!

I had the pleasure of enjoying this class over the weekend with a friend! Firstly, Mike & Debi are great hosts! They were welcoming and kind, but most importantly, they made me feel comfortable, even after making a few mistakes. It was a little work involved with getting that dough where it needed to be, but Debi explains the process very well and it genuinely seemed like something I could honestly recreate at home, PLUS, the finished product was absolutely DELICIOUS! I couldn't believe that I made that! Awesome experience, would definitely be a cool date night or with another pasta loving friend! 🙂

They demonstrate each step before you try your own hand at it, this helps ensure you don't look like an idiot while trying to interpret instructions 😆. Mike was so kind to offer us an espresso when we arrived! Debi is a great teacher, you can tell she had a real passion for cooking Italian. This is THE date experience for couples that enjoy working together. We will be back, probably with friends in tow for another amazing double date and learning experience! Debi was a wonderful teacher and with Mike as her sous chef this was an amazing experience! Their location is a little out of the way but the drive is beautiful and it was super easy to find with GPS. Debi and Mike made us feel like we were part of their family and the conversation flowed easily. I cannot recommend this experience enough!

We absolutely LOVED THIS CLASS!!!! Me and my wife had so much fun!!! The next time we come to Chattanooga, we will definitely take another class. We highly recommend this. We ended up opening a bottle of wine and enjoyed the stories and how to make pasta and how easy it was to make a sauce. At the end of the class we all sat down and enjoyed what we made. Today was such a wonderful surprise birthday cooking experience for my boyfriend (and myself too) From the moment we arrived, Debi & Mike had a birthday sign in the front yard, along with a chalkboard message for us welcoming us to their beautiful home!
They had absolutely everything we needed to make lots of pasta and a yummy sauce! Debi & Mike were like a fine tuned machine working together during the class! Man we were impressed! While Debi worked with us on making everything, telling us such funny stories as we cooked, Mike would chime in on those stories as he snapped pictures, got the boiling water ready for us and turning on the oven in their beautiful kitchen! Once we’d prepared the pasta and sauce, these two amazing people served us what we’d cooked! I mean 5 star, top tier on my hospitable list! I would recommend anyone to book this class! You will not be disappointed!

Really great and fun experience, highly recommend it! Debi and Mike shared some of their stories, made us feel at home, and were extremely insightful and encouraging. This was the most fun we have ever had cooking. We were both pretty nervous something would go wrong or that we would mess up the pasta completely, but Debi and Mike make such a comfortable environment that it is perfect for learning new skills.
You get to spend time with whoever you bring, hear stories about their sweet Italian neighbor, make awesome pasta, and eat your creation at the end! A real bang for your buck! Totally worth it and I can't wait to make the recipes we learned at home 🙂

I have always wanted to take a pasta making class and thought it would be a fantastic experience for my twelve year old daughter and myself to share.
Upon arrival it was pouring down rain, Mike & Debbie came to meet us each one bearing an umbrella and escorted us still dry inside.
They welcomed us into their beautiful home where everything was ready for us.
I loved the way Debbie and Mike were a team working togather and teaching us to make delicious pasta while Mike also took photos of the experience. Then we sat down at a beautiful table with drinks and both a warm fire and warm bread to share our delicious meal in a well appointed dining room.
This was a wonderful experience that I tried to be mindful of and soak in and a memorable experience I will not soon forget.
